Common Questions
No pre-booking required for the Standard Zone or Console Lounge. Simply walk in, present your ID and get assigned a station. VIP Suites require advance booking — contact us or email supp@nexarena.com.
Visitors of all ages are welcome. Guests under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Overnight (10 PM – 6 AM) sessions are restricted to 18+ guests.
Absolutely. You're welcome to plug in your own mouse, keyboard, headset or controller. We strongly advise against bringing in external USB drives or storage devices — our IT team scans all connected devices for security.
We have 30 dedicated parking spots in our basement, available on a first-come basis. Overflow parking is available on 5th Main Road and the commercial complex adjacent to us. Valet parking is available for VIP Suite guests.
