1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting NexArena's premises, accessing our website at nexarena.com, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. About NexArena

NexArena Gaming Club is a premium gaming and esports facility operated from 42, Koramangala 5th Block, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560095, India. Our services include on-site PC gaming, console gaming, VIP suite hire, esports tournaments and event management.

3. Eligibility and Access

• Visitors of all ages are welcome during standard operating hours, subject to the conditions below.
• Visitors under 13 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
• Guests aged 13–17 may visit unaccompanied with prior written parental consent.
• Late-night sessions (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM) are restricted to visitors aged 18 and above.
• Valid government-issued photo ID must be presented upon request by staff.

4. Conduct on Premises

All visitors must comply with NexArena's Code of Conduct:

• Treat staff, fellow visitors and equipment with respect at all times.
• No verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination or threatening behaviour will be tolerated.
• Food and beverages must be kept away from equipment. Only NexArena-provided items are permitted at gaming stations.
• No smoking, vaping or consumption of illegal substances on the premises.
• No physical altercations. Violations result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
• NexArena staff reserve the right to remove any visitor who violates this Code without refund.

5. Equipment Use and Liability

• Visitors are responsible for any wilful damage caused to NexArena equipment. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the responsible party.
• Personal belongings are the visitor's own responsibility. NexArena is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged personal property.
• Visitors must not install, upload or execute unauthorised software, scripts or exploits on our systems.
• All gaming sessions are monitored by our IT security team.

6. Tournaments and Competitions

• Tournament registration constitutes acceptance of the specific competition rules published for each event.
• NexArena reserves the right to disqualify any participant found cheating, using unauthorised software or violating fair-play rules.
• Prize decisions made by NexArena referees are final and binding.
• Prize disbursements are processed within 7 working days of event completion, subject to identity verification.
• NexArena reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any event with at least 24 hours' notice where practicable.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the NexArena website — including text, graphics, logos, images and software — is the property of NexArena Gaming Club or its licensors and is protected under Indian copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction, distribution or use without express written permission is prohibited.

8. Website Use

• Our website is provided for informational purposes only. We do not facilitate payments or bookings directly through the website.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue website features at any time without notice.
• You must not use our website to distribute malware, spam or for any unlawful purpose.

9. Privacy

Your use of NexArena's website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NexArena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after posting revised Terms constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be prominently announced on our website.
